Brush and Flame offers painting, decorating, plumbing, and boiler services. Specific service details will be outlined in the agreed-upon quotation or contract.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Prices are subject to change if additional work is required or if the scope of the project changes.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed terms outlined in the invoice.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds for unsatisfactory work will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure the work area is accessible and free of obstacles before the scheduled service.
  • Any specific requirements or preferences must be communicated before work begins.

6. Liability

  • Brush and Flame is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services.
  • While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or supply shortages.

7. Workmanship Guarantee

  • All work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the completion date, covering defects due to workmanship.
  • The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

8. Health and Safety

  • Our team follows all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Clients must inform us of any hazards or risks present at the site.
